This week's WiiWare releases are all about giving players a look at life on the other side, with Space Invaders Get Even putting you in control of the invaders themselves, and Pit Crew Panic! moving the often thankless tasks of a racing pit crew to center stage. Rounding out the releases is Metal Slug 2 on the Virtual Console.
Sony Says Gran Turismo 5 will Release by Next Christmas

It may be getting harder and harder to believe these days, but the word "Prologue" was in Gran Turismo 5: Prologue for a reason. The "real" Gran Turismo 5 is indeed still on the way, and the latest reminder comes from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's James Armstrong. Speaking to the Spanish publication El Financiero (via Kotaku), Armstrong said that Sony expects Gran Turismo 5 to be released in time for Christmas next year.
Resident Evil Creator Mikami Won't Play Resident Evil 5

It must be difficult to see someone else take the reigns of your creation. For Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, it seems it'll be too much for him to bear. Speaking to the Official PlayStation Magazine (via CVG), Mikami said he doesn't plan to play Resident Evil 5 as it would only "cause me stress."
EA Making Dungeon Keeper MMO, but not for U.S.?

Are you an old-school Dungeon Keeper fan who's spent years waiting to see when the series would get a new-school reboot? Then prepare to be both delighted and, potentially, disappointed: Electronic Arts has announced that they've licensed the Dungeon Keeper IP to Chinese-based NetDragon Websoft Inc., who will develop a new Dungeon Keeper MMO. And it seems that, at least for now, it will only be released in the Greater China region, including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau (via Kotaku).
Amazon Offering Cyber Monday Game Sales

If you were in a turkey-induced haze and missed this year's Black Friday sales, you might be pleased to know today is "Cyber Monday," and at least one online retailer is still offering good deals on games.
